Marketing Executive

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Marketing Executive to join a fast‑growing Irish biotech company with global reach. You will support B2B marketing campaigns, coordinate international events, and help drive growth across digital and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns across international markets.
• Coordinate email marketing, lead nurturing and customer communications.
• Support the planning, coordination and execution of global industry events, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Maintain website updates, product launches and online promotions.
• Work with the e‑commerce manager to optimise the company’s e‑commerce platform.
• Implement SEO and PPC best practices to improve online visibility.
• Monitor website performance, customer journeys and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to generate leads and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience organising or supporting events, trade shows or exhibitions.
• Exposure to e‑commerce or online sales platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Degree or Masters in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Access to a car as the role is onsite.
