Marketing Graduate – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers a recent graduate hands‑on experience across strategic communications, digital marketing, PR, event management and brand development. You will work within a fast‑paced team, supporting integrated marketing and corporate communications activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing and communications campaigns.
• Assist with events, launches, conferences, webinars and stakeholder forums.
• Collaborate with the digital team to ensure consistent messaging across online and offline channels.
• Maintain website content, including event details, blog posts and webinars.
• Draft press releases, briefing documents and marketing collateral.
• Help activate events with branded materials, signage and interactive content.
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset and interest in marketing trends.
