Marketing Manager – Brand & Communications Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and evolve the marketing and communications function of a leading professional membership organisation in Dublin. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, driving brand visibility, member engagement and the growth of education and development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s brand and communications strategy across all channels.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content, events).
• Manage and develop a high‑performing marketing and events team.
• Oversee creation of content such as campaigns, thought leadership, member stories and digital assets.
• Use analytics and audience insights to optimise campaign performance.
• Plan and deliver event marketing for conferences, graduations, networking and member activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with strategic objectives.
• Manage budgets, reporting and external agency relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior experience in marketing, brand or communications.
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering multi‑channel integrated campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
