Marketing Manager – Construction Sector

About the role

JJ Rhatigan & Company, a leading building contractor in Ireland and the UK, is seeking a Marketing Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications. You will help shape and execute the company’s marketing strategy, creating campaigns and content that strengthen the brand and drive stakeholder engagement across multi‑million‑euro projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the company‑wide marketing strategy and protect the brand identity, including employer branding and client engagement.
• Develop and manage internal communications that promote culture, values, and employee engagement.
• Own the social media strategy, content calendar, and day‑to‑day execution, tracking performance with analytics and producing actionable insights.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and project sheets.
• Manage website content, ensuring SEO best practice and alignment with brand goals.
• Coordinate photography, videography, drone footage, and event planning to support business objectives.
• Conduct competitor and market research, benchmark communications activity, and produce regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a corporate or construction environment.
• Proven track record in brand management, campaign delivery, and content creation.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
