Marketing Manager – Ireland

About the role

As the Marketing Manager for Xeinadin in Ireland, you will design and execute marketing strategies that raise brand awareness and support the firm’s service lines—including Assurance, Tax, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, and Financial Services. You will act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and senior partners, ensuring that marketing activities align with business objectives and drive measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management for partners and service leaders, communicating marketing plans, results, and outputs.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing plans for Ireland across service, industry, and local markets.
• Create regional and local collateral to promote services.
• Plan and support events, webinars, and PR campaigns.
• Prepare tailored pitch and tender documents for high‑value opportunities.
• Manage local client and prospect databases and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Produce content that drives national and local brand awareness.
• Handle marketing resource requests from regional offices and represent marketing in office meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a professional services or B2B marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including web, SEO, UX, Google Analytics, LLMs and GEO targeting.
• Proven track record of delivering regional and national marketing initiatives.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and database management.
• Ability to create compelling content for tender proposals and high‑value opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
