Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will shape and execute Sterling Engineering’s marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to drive engagement, visibility and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver the overall marketing strategy and plan.
• Protect and enhance the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Develop internal communications that promote culture and values.
• Identify marketing and brand opportunities across the business.
• Own the social media strategy, content calendar and community engagement.
• Create and deliver on‑brand content for all platforms and monitor performance.
• Oversee marketing collateral creation, website updates and SEO best practices.
• Support PR activities, including press releases and media engagement.
• Coordinate photography, videography and event planning.
• Conduct market and competitor research, benchmark performance and produce regular reports with insights.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong background in brand management, campaign delivery and content creation.
• Proven track record managing corporate social media channels with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in HubSpot.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Analytics.
• Adobe Creative Suite expertise.
• SEO best‑practice implementation.
