Marketing Manager

About the role

Mount Juliet Estate, a five‑star luxury resort in the Irish countryside, is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that showcase the estate’s unique heritage and luxury offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital and traditional channels aligned with the Estate’s sales objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimise campaigns for accommodation, spa, restaurants, bars, weddings, events, golf and leisure experiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring corporate identity, messaging and visual standards are upheld.
• Lead social media strategy, including content planning, paid advertising, audience engagement and performance reporting.
• Create and oversee marketing collateral, email campaigns, newsletters and press releases.
• Coordinate creative projects such as photography, video shoots, trade exhibitions, wedding fairs and promotional events.
• Manage website content and SEO initiatives, continuously improving the digital customer journey and analysing performance.
• Produce high‑quality digital and print assets using design tools.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Support PR activities by collaborating with agencies, media contacts, influencers and content creators.
• Establish, monitor and report on marketing KPIs to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality marketing.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration skills, especially with sales and PR teams.
• Data‑driven approach to measuring and optimising marketing performance.
