Marketing Operations Manager

About the role
BioMarin is a leading rare‑disease biotechnology company focused on genetically defined conditions. Guided by its purpose to develop medicines that make a profound impact on people’s lives, the company has delivered a portfolio of therapies since 1997. The Marketing Operations Manager will coordinate and manage core marketing operations activities for the EUCAN Enzyme Therapies portfolio. The role owns day‑to‑day execution and tracking of key marketing processes, ensuring that activities are carried out efficiently and performance data is captured accurately. This position is based in Dublin and follows a hybrid work model, with two days per week on site.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate core marketing operations activities across the EUCAN Enzyme Therapies portfolio.
- Own the day‑to‑day execution and tracking of key marketing processes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in marketing operations within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
