Medical Officer – Older Persons Residential Services

About the role
The Medical Officer will join the clinical team delivering residential services for older persons in Youghal. The primary focus is the ongoing medical care of residents, ensuring their health needs are met with professional competence and continuity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide continuous medical assessment and treatment to residents.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, care staff and other health professionals as part of the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with care standards.
- Respond to acute health issues and coordinate appropriate interventions.
Required profile
- Qualified medical practitioner eligible to practice in Ireland.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality care for older adults.
