Mid-Senior Go Engineer – Cross-Platform Endpoint Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Go Engineer to design and build a cross‑platform endpoint agent that runs natively on Windows, macOS and Linux. The agent will handle OS services, installers, auto‑update mechanisms, code signing and secure communication with our backend, where low memory usage and high reliability are critical.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the core agent in Go, targeting Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Implement installers and auto‑update pipelines (MSI, DEB, RPM).
• Integrate code‑signing processes and ensure secure backend communication.
• Write clear documentation and maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with CI/CD and security teams to deliver production‑grade releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering production‑grade Go applications.
• Background in system, daemon or desktop development.
• Fluency with Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of concurrency and performance optimisation.
• Attention to detail and a high standard for documentation.
