Mobile Patrol Officer – Dublin North

About the role

Join Securitas as a Mobile Patrol Officer covering sites in Dublin and the surrounding area. You will work primarily night shifts, providing a visible security presence that protects people, property and information across multiple client locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑end mobile security services, including patrols, alarm response, escort duties and out‑of‑hours deliveries.
• Respond swiftly to threats, incidents and wellbeing concerns.
• Maintain a proactive, visible security presence to support colleagues and clients.
• Report health and safety hazards and ensure compliance with road traffic regulations while driving the fleet vehicle.
• Complete all tasks defined in Assignment Instructions and any additional duties required for efficient business operation.

Required profile

• Valid PSA (Private Security Authority) licence.
• Full, clean manual driving licence.
• Right to work in Ireland and a 5‑year checkable work history.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, fluent English.
• Good IT proficiency and ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €17.66 plus a night‑shift allowance of €20 per shift.
• Additional €3.44 per hour Sunday premium.
• Minimum 36 hours per week, primarily night shifts.
