Mobile Product Engineer – Flutter (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Product Engineer to join a fast‑moving AI‑powered employee experience platform. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑performance Flutter features that empower frontline workers across retail, manufacturing and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship mobile features in a Flutter‑based application, ensuring high‑quality UX and measurable impact.
• Own core mobile domains such as UI/UX implementation, interaction design, performance optimisation and accessibility.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with backend and web teams to deliver full‑stack features.
• Follow modern engineering practices: API‑first design, code reviews, automated testing and structured release workflows.
• Instrument and analyse product usage to iterate based on data‑driven insights.
• Participate in agile cycles, working closely with product managers, designers and engineers.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity and support end‑to‑end ownership.
• Contribute to technical discussions and support experimentation and prototyping.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of widget architecture, state management and performance optimisation.
• Experience in agile SaaS product environments with iterative delivery.
• Willingness to contribute to backend or web code when needed.
• Openness to AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
