Mortgage Advisor – Financial Services Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking qualified Mortgage Advisors to join a leading financial services brokerage in Dublin. You will work within a large, established mortgage book, advising clients from initial enquiry through to completion while collaborating with a dedicated financial planning team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to a high‑volume client portfolio.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage process, from application to settlement.
• Collaborate with the wider financial advisory team to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the brokerage’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• APA or QFA qualification (QFA preferred).
• Experience in mortgage advisory or broader financial advisory (insurance, pensions, investments, etc.).
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment (5 days per week).
• Ambition to progress quickly within a growing brokerage.
