Motor Technician – Audi Limerick

About the role

We are seeking a fully‑qualified Motor Technician to join our state‑of‑the‑art Audi Limerick dealership. You will diagnose, repair and service a full range of Audi vehicles, delivering top‑class customer service in a modern workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify vehicle faults.
• Meet with customers to understand reported issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Audi technology, including electric, hybrid and high‑voltage systems.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs and servicing to Audi specifications.
• Observe safe working practices for yourself and colleagues.
• Liaise with Service Advisors and senior technicians for complex cases.
• Complete service documentation in line with warranty and dealer requirements.
• Maintain workshop housekeeping and tool standards.
• Share best practices with the team to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Fully‑qualified and experienced Motor Technician.
• Dynamic, ambitious and driven with a passion for automotive excellence.
• Possession of a full, clean Irish or EU driving licence and a valid full‑time work visa.

Required skills

• Vehicle diagnostics using specialised equipment.
• Repair of electric, hybrid and high‑voltage Audi vehicles.
• Proficiency with workshop tools and road‑testing procedures.
• Knowledge of Audi technical specifications and warranty processes.
