National Account Manager – FMCG (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role
This position is for a proven National Account Manager within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The role is primarily remote (80‑90%) with a requirement to attend the Dublin West office 2‑3 days per month. You will report to the Commercial Controller and the Country Manager, working closely with finance, NPD and production teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute key account plans across multiple retail and discounter channels.
- Achieve forecasted revenue and budget targets with a strong focus on margin.
- Manage price promotions and trade spend in line with customer budgets.
- Deliver commercial plans across a range of categories and brands.
- Maintain and grow relationships with strategic national accounts.
- Collaborate with finance, new product development and production functions to ensure seamless execution.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of national account management experience in the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue and margin targets.
- Ethical, ownership‑driven approach with strong collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working remotely while attending the office a few days each month.
