National Educational and Training Lead – Disability

About the role

The National Educational and Training Lead will coordinate and oversee the design and delivery of educational programmes within the Central Remedial Clinic’s Enhanced Complex Care Pathways. This full‑time, one‑year fixed‑term position supports children’s disability networks, primary care professionals, families and carers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and evaluate educational programmes for disability services.
• Facilitate engagement with Children’s Disability Network Teams, primary care providers and community partners.
• Organise and deliver workshops, events and outreach initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between complex care pathways and community‑based providers, promoting best practice.
• Monitor programme performance using metrics and KPIs.

Required profile

• Degree in healthcare, education, social care or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering education programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders to shape educational content.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
