About the role
We are seeking a newly qualified accountant to join a well‑established international real estate and property investment business in Dublin. This is an excellent first‑move opportunity from practice into industry, offering broad exposure to financial reporting, month‑end close and group accounting within a high‑profile, acquisitive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
- Support month‑end close processes and group accounting activities.
- Assist with financial reporting for the real‑estate portfolio.
- Collaborate with the finance team and provide mentorship support.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with Big 4 training (mandatory).
- Recently qualified or up to 1 year post‑qualification experience.
- Ambitious, commercially curious and eager to grow with a scaling business.
Required skills
- Strong technical accounting foundation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
