About the role
The Night Pack Assistant is responsible for merchandising, rotating and facing all stock in the assigned department while upholding hygiene and food standards during night shifts. This role works closely with the Night Pack Manager to ensure the store is presented to the highest standard at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Merchandise, rotate and face off all stock in the assigned department.
- Maintain hygiene and food standards throughout the back‑store area.
- Liaise with the Night Pack Manager on layout changes and ensure correct implementation.
- Implement proper labelling and stock rotation procedures.
- Check deliveries against goods‑inward procedures.
- Keep the back‑store tidy and packed away.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
