Night Porter – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Night Porter to join the iNUA Collection team. Working the evening and overnight shifts, you will be the key point of contact ensuring the safety, security and comfort of our guests while maintaining the high standards of our hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols and monitor security systems to protect guests and property.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns and fulfilling guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Operate the hotel switchboard and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Set up and prepare function rooms for breakfast or other events.
• Report maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete all paperwork and logs accurately and efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Operating hotel switchboard and basic security monitoring systems.
