Night Shift Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Night Shift Operator to run our Applegreen shop in Gormanstown throughout the night. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring the store is secure, clean and fully stocked while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Open and operate the shop according to company policy and the night‑shift checklist.
• Activate perimeter alarms and keep the building secure for the entire shift.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe shop environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensure accurate price labelling, stock rotation and shelf‑stacking.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
