Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and respond to customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Self‑starter who works well in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Customer‑driven attitude; previous customer service experience is a plus.
