Norwegian speaking Graduate Finance Analyst

About the role

Start your career in an analytical finance role with a globally recognised investment firm. You will work closely with senior analysts to provide client advice on investment strategies, financial planning and risk assessment. The position is based in Dublin and offers a supportive, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Map prospects and analyse financial data to understand investment allocations.
• Prepare and write suitability reports for the sales team to present to clients.
• Develop detailed client profiles, including risk tolerance assessments.
• Collaborate with internal analysts to build comprehensive overviews of each client.
• Produce written reports and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Effective time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
• Keen interest in learning data collection and analysis for tailored client proposals.
• Fluent in Norwegian (C2 level) and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree or relevant experience in finance, banking or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Dublin and work on‑site Monday‑Friday.
