About the role
We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join a well‑established engineering firm in Dublin. The role combines scheduling, customer liaison and administrative support, acting as the central point of contact between clients and our engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule engineers’ daily and weekly workloads.
- Liaise with customers by phone and email, providing professional and friendly service.
- Manage appointments, service visits and maintain engineer diaries.
- Update and maintain the company CRM system with accurate information.
- Prepare and process job sheets, reports and other documentation.
Required profile
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, coordination or customer service.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
