Office Lead – Team Management & Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Office Lead to oversee a team of Sales Administrators, Service Coordinators, and inventory support staff. The role combines team leadership with day‑to‑day operational management to ensure smooth order processing and accurate administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary office team.
• Support forecasting and demand‑planning activities based on sales and service needs.
• Manage daily order processing and ensure accuracy of administrative tasks.
• Assist the Sales and Service teams with field‑based support.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, post, courier bookings and inventory movements.
• Monitor daily processes and conduct regular KPI‑aligned reporting.
• Communicate company policy to external parties positively.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in an office, operations or inventory environment.
• Proven track record in managing administrative, coordination or warehouse functions.
• Experience in customer service with strong communication skills.
• High energy, urgency to deliver results and ability to lead internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics (knowledge and experience is an advantage).
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
