About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Operations Executive to serve as the central nervous system of our Dublin headquarters in the energy and renewable sector. The role combines front‑of‑house hospitality, travel logistics and facilities oversight to ensure the international team works smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage calls, emails, meeting room bookings and courier services.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including diary management, expense processing and document control.
- Organise internal events and support external sponsorship or advertising opportunities.
- Coordinate all employee and executive travel, handling bookings, itineraries and issue resolution while adhering to policy and budget.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations: manage landlord relations, utilities, supplies, catering, cleaning, repairs and health‑and‑safety compliance.
- Maintain security access systems and contribute to quarterly sustainability reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, operations or a similar professional role.
- Strong front‑office professionalism and excellent organisational accuracy.
- Clear verbal and written communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and implement independent solutions.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
