Office Supervisor

About the role

The Office Supervisor will lead the Dublin office team in delivering exceptional phone and email service to our predominantly elderly customers. Working closely with the Retail Sales and Operations Manager, you will help drive high performance in customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the office‑based team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Engage with team members, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support.
• Maintain regular dialogue with the Depot Operations Manager to align with company strategy.
• Ensure productive use of Dynamics CRM to grow the customer base.
• Manage rotas, holidays and arrange cover as needed.
• Liaise with Retail and Depot Operations Managers to highlight concerns or successes.
• Drive KPI performance, new customer acquisition, prospect conversion, retention and sales growth.
• Oversee inbound/outbound calls, marketing letters, and team training.
• Uphold high operational standards, including health & safety and audit compliance.
• Handle internal and external communication with apetito and franchisees.

Required profile

• Strong leadership potential with experience supervising up to 5 people.
• Passion, energy, commitment and ambition to succeed.
• Empathy for elderly customers and ability to promote the WFF brand.
• Willingness to be hands‑on and support the team in telesales and field activities.
