On-site Warehouse Operative (Export Shipping Team)

About the role

The Export Shipping Team at DHL Global Forwarding in Leixlip is looking for an on‑site Warehouse Operative. You will work directly on the customer’s premises, ensuring shipments are processed safely, securely and in line with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow customer SLAs, SOPs and security procedures.
• Process all export shipments, maintaining full GTT and revenue compliance.
• Support lean and cost‑saving initiatives for Ireland Logistics.
• Prepare and secure packaging, manage repair/return and pump collection processes.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation as requested by the customer.
• Adhere to strict PPE, safety and data‑protection standards.
• Operate forklift and EPJ equipment when required.
• Assist with audits, compliance checks and Good Distribution Practice for life‑science shipments.

• Forklift certification.
