Onsite Engineer

About the role
The Onsite Engineer will support installed robotic and automation systems, ensuring that all hardware and software components operate reliably. You will monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and perform corrective actions to maintain continuous operation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor Tower, Grafana and MD dashboards for bot status and alarms.
- Check online/offline status of robots and manage task backlogs.
- Recover bots from error or warning states and escalate critical abnormalities.
- Create and follow up support tickets for each incident until closure.
- Diagnose hardware and software failures, replace faulty components, and verify fixes.
- Document incidents, corrective actions, and support root‑cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Capture photos, videos and logs as evidence and update engineering tickets with corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with automation equipment, robotics systems, or industrial control systems.
- Experience in warehouse automation or industrial robotics is preferred.
- Prior work with AMR/AGV systems or large‑scale field implementations is an advantage.
