Operational Excellence Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

The Operational Excellence Manager will lead initiatives that boost performance and efficiency within Global Supply Planning. You will optimise data, enhance system functionality and work closely with multi‑functional teams to deliver streamlined supply chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate configuration, maintenance and optimisation of global supply planning systems, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
• Analyse supply chain data, develop accurate planning capabilities and produce reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with planning, technical and analytics teams to create and execute a roadmap for system and process improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply planning workflows and champion best‑in‑class planning practices.
• Deliver training and act as the primary point of contact for system‑related inquiries and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in supply chain planning and strong analytical abilities.
• Project management experience with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
