Operations Clerk – Warehouse & Customer Support

About the role

As an Operations Clerk within UPS Supply Chain Solutions you will ensure accurate handling, tracking and shipping of both domestic and international shipments while providing customer support and data entry. The role combines general warehouse duties with administrative responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email.
• Enter shipment data accurately and within deadlines into UPS systems.
• Check, forward and file legal documentation related to shipments.
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, shipping, receiving and scanning.
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics or healthcare distribution environment (preferred).
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use inventory and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work up to five days per week on varying shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lb (32 kg).
• Successful completion of a full five‑year compliance check and CRC.

Required skills

• Inventory and shipping software proficiency.
• Operation of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Familiarity with UPS systems for package handling.
