Operations Executive - French Groups

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Operations Executive to join our Irish team at ATS Travel Ireland. You will be responsible for managing French‑speaking tour groups travelling around Ireland, ensuring their itineraries are executed smoothly from booking to arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of confirmed group bookings, entering all services accurately into the operational system.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand client needs and translate quotations into booked services.
• Negotiate with suppliers, secure confirmations that match contract rates, and monitor service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all bookings comply with deadlines, prioritising key services and adhering to itinerary timings.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; additional Italian is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an inbound tour‑operator or group operations role within Ireland or the UK.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Tourplan booking system.
