Operations Manager – Back of House Leadership

About the role

As the Operations Manager for Massimo Dutti Ireland, you will lead all back‑of‑house activities that keep the store running smoothly. You will ensure stock flow, deliveries, replenishment and online order processing are executed with precision, supporting a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily back‑of‑house operations, guaranteeing efficient and safe product flow.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by managing inbound and outbound movements according to company guidelines.
• Execute deliveries, processing deadlines and hourly replenishment at a fast pace.
• Monitor and improve replenishment routines and KPIs to meet performance targets.
• Lead online order organisation, meeting daily deadlines and maximising package handling.
• Ensure the stockroom is organised, standards‑driven and aligned with a premium shop‑floor experience.
• Use commercial and product data to support availability, productivity and overall store performance.
• Foster clear communication between stockroom, departments and front‑of‑house teams.
• Motivate, coach and develop the back‑of‑house team to consistently meet high standards.
• Support store compliance with security, health & safety and operational best practices.
• Promote Inditex sustainability initiatives within the store.
