Operations Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities on construction sites in Cork. The role involves overseeing multiple crews delivering window and door installations across a variety of projects, ensuring high standards, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of installers, fostering a positive and high‑performance environment.
• Plan, coordinate and schedule work to guarantee projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure necessary materials are available for each job.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and resolving issues.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an operations or management role, preferably within construction.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to manage and motivate teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
