Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing Site

About the role
This position leads the day‑to‑day operations of a food manufacturing site in Dublin. The Operations Manager will shape strategy, drive performance and champion continuous improvement to meet customer service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the manufacturing operation, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Define and monitor KPI structures, driving the team to meet targets.
- Implement operational‑excellence initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Create individual development plans to up‑skill the workforce.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture that improves service delivery.
- Promote a strong health & safety and quality culture on site.
- Manage the operational budget and control costs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years in a senior role within a food manufacturing organisation.
- Proven experience in team management and development.
- Demonstrated ability to meet business and customer SLAs.
- Relevant qualification (e.g., engineering, food science) is an advantage.
