Paid Media Specialist

About the role

53Six is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join its sports marketing team. You will design, launch, and optimise digital media campaigns for high‑profile sports and brand clients, combining strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive audience growth and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and activate strategic media plans across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit and programmatic platforms.
• Collaborate with digital, creative and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Build audience segmentation and targeting strategies for both digital and offline media.
• Present media plans, rationale and performance updates to clients, maintaining relationships as needed.
• Execute, manage and optimise campaigns in‑platform to maximise ROI and efficiency.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, pacing and overall campaign delivery.
• Contribute to strategic innovation, testing and continuous improvement across accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a media or digital agency environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for sport, entertainment or culture is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads and Reddit Ads.
• Proficiency in programmatic advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with audience segmentation and first‑party data strategies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
