Paid Social Manager (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Social Manager to join our Dublin office. In this role you will plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective digital marketing solutions for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage paid social media campaigns for multiple clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
• Analyse data, generate insights and produce regular performance reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to support campaign planning, creative development and delivery.
• Manage campaign budgets, track spend and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Support administrative and reporting processes related to campaign activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, platform updates and best practices in digital marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, media buying or a related field.
• Proven experience managing or supporting paid social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Desirable: experience in e‑commerce or online retail and familiarity with digital marketing optimisation tools.
