Part Qualified Accountant – 9‑Month Contract in Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Part Qualified Accountant to join a globally‑recognised PLC’s finance team in Dublin on a nine‑month fixed‑term contract. The role offers full exposure to end‑to‑end accounting within a supportive, rapidly expanding finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for global entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly reconciliation of several GL accounts with commentary.
• Prepare and reconcile VAT returns.
• Provide analysis and support for external and internal audits.
• Maintain pre‑payments and manage monthly releases.
• Prepare quarterly schedules, balance‑sheet analytics and related commentary for senior management and audit committee.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with practice or industry experience in a multinational organisation.
• Enthusiastic about developing accounting knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• SAP (advantage).
• Microsoft Outlook.
• Microsoft Excel.
