Partner Sales Manager, Systems Integrators

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to bridge its EMEA partner ecosystem of AI‑native boutiques and regional Systems Integrators with the Commercial and Digital Native Business sales organisation. Based in Dublin, you will own the relationship between sales leaders, account executives and specialist partners, ensuring customers successfully adopt Claude.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between Commercial/DNB sales teams and the EMEA boutique and regional SI partner ecosystem.
• Match the right specialist partner to each sales opportunity to accelerate activation, deployment and time‑to‑value.
• Hold engaged partners accountable for Claude enablement, deployment, ROI and overall customer outcomes.
• Deliver partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue against defined targets.
• Coordinate closely with Partner Account Managers on partner capacity, capability and fit.
• Represent the sales perspective within the partner ecosystem and relay partner feedback to sales leadership.
• Track and report partner‑attach metrics and customer outcomes to EMEA Sales and Partnerships leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, partner success or channel sales roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with sales and partner teams.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with partner leadership and delivery contacts.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering customer value and revenue targets.
