Part‑time Neurologist – REF. FAC NEUR-1168

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Neurologist to join our team on a part‑time basis. The role involves providing both general and specialized neurological care, supporting emergency and inpatient services, and contributing to resident education.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct general neurology consultations and specialized assessments for cognitive disorders.
• Respond to inter‑consultations for patients in emergency departments and during hospital admissions.
• Participate in the teaching and supervision of neurology residents.
• Collaborate with the Medical Assistance Management and Head of Neurology to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Required profile

• Medical degree (Medicine and Surgery) with a recognized specialty via MIR or equivalent homologation.
• Demonstrated experience in neurology practice.
• Additional training in neurodegenerative diseases (movement disorders and/or dementias) is valued.
• Commitment to integrity, person‑centered care, continuous improvement, collective learning, and leadership.
