About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time Sales Associates to join the Tommy Hilfiger team at Arnotts. In this luxury retail environment you will deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, representing the brand’s classic American‑cool style to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and use link‑selling techniques to drive sales.
• Build complete outfits for customers and provide additional product recommendations.
• Achieve store KPIs, generate sales and profit while minimizing losses.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure the shop floor and stockroom are clean, organized and visually appealing.
