Part‑time Showroom Host & Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional Showroom Host / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our Dublin South showroom. This part‑time position involves delivering high‑quality customer care, managing enquiries, and supporting the sales team in a fast‑growing electric‑vehicle environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, offering refreshments where appropriate.
• Direct visitors to the most suitable specialist for their needs.
• Answer telephone calls, handle queries professionally, and record interactions in the CRM system.
• Capture, update, and maintain customer details in the database.
• Monitor showroom traffic and ensure the premises are tidy and well presented.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service with an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face‑to‑face and on the phone.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated with good time‑management.
• Well‑presented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for logging calls and customer data.
