Payroll Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to join our Sandyford office. You will assist customers using our payroll and time‑and‑attendance solutions, providing timely help via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to payroll‑related queries and software functionality questions.
• Troubleshoot issues with configurations, integrations and the Quantum Payroll system.
• Escalate complex cases and follow them through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Create and update knowledge‑base articles and support documentation.
• Deliver training sessions or webinars for customers when required.

Required profile

• IPASS qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Irish payroll legislation.
• Hands‑on experience with Quantum Payroll.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
