About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to join our Sandyford office. The role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working with payroll software.
Key responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for payroll and time‑and‑attendance queries.
- Troubleshoot software issues, configurations and integrations, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
- Create and update knowledge‑base articles and support documentation.
- Deliver training sessions and webinars for customers.
Required profile
- IPASS qualification or equivalent.
- Experience with Irish payroll legislation.
- Hands‑on experience using Quantum Payroll.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
