Payroll Support Specialist

About the role

Snow Cloud Technology is looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to join its Sandyford office. The role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys assisting customers, solving technical issues, and working with payroll and time‑and‑attendance software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for payroll‑related queries and software functionality.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration and other software issues.
• Escalate complex cases and manage them through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Create and update knowledge‑base articles and support documentation.
• Deliver training sessions or webinars for customers when required.

Required profile

• IPASS qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Irish payroll legislation and processes.
• Hands‑on experience using Quantum Payroll.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
