People & Culture Partner

About the role

Adare Manor is seeking a People & Culture Partner to champion employee engagement, recruitment, and HR operations across our luxury resort. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will work closely with leaders and team members to foster a high‑performance, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Design and deliver employee engagement, team‑building, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide employee‑relations advice and act as a trusted advisor to managers.
• Track, analyse, and report HR metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Manage HR projects that align with our values and business objectives.
• Maintain compliant and efficient HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role.
• Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Solid understanding of Irish employment law and employee‑relations best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with confidence using reporting tools and HR systems.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with a genuine passion for people and culture.
