Performance Marketing Manager – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead learner acquisition for a fast‑growing driver‑education technology platform. Based in Tallaght, Dublin, you will work closely with the Head of Creative and the founder to launch paid and organic campaigns as the company expands across Ireland and into new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok, managing budgets, creative testing and reporting.
• Own core performance KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, payback period) and deliver weekly insights.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve conversion and lower cost per acquisition.
• Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical fixes.
• Develop and manage referral programmes, influencer partnerships and affiliate channels with complementary partners.
• Produce weekly performance reports linking spend to bookings and revenue.
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative to create briefs and campaign direction.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in a consumer app, startup or two‑sided marketplace.
• Proven track record of running successful Meta and Google paid campaigns with measurable ROAS and CAC.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and attribution modelling.
• Hands‑on experience managing a monthly paid media budget and conducting A/B testing.
