Personal Lines Renewals Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Personal Lines Renewals Team Leader to join our Personal Lines team at our Naas Road office. You will lead a group of renewal specialists, ensuring high‑quality service, compliance, and the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the renewal book and monitor phone activity using Genesys dashboards.
• Address individual performance weekly and conduct monthly one‑to‑one meetings.
• Hold weekly group meetings to discuss retentions, issuing, chasing, and phone statistics.
• Control aged debt on cases older than three months and report for follow‑up.
• Provide feedback on monthly compliance audits and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager or compliance when required.
• Achieve personal and team renewal sales targets while motivating staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Genesys phone system.
