Personal Tax Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Deloitte Private is seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join its income tax compliance team. Working in a hybrid model, you will support high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners and trusts, delivering high‑quality tax compliance services while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the income tax compliance portfolio for private clients, including high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners and trusts.
• Prepare, review and file income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
• Provide advisory support on offshore funds, trusts, High Income Earner Restriction and estate matters as required.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax matters.
• Collaborate with the advisory team to implement personalised solutions and minimise compliance risks.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
• Proven experience reviewing income tax returns and managing a compliance portfolio.
• Experience with offshore funds, trusts, high‑income earner restrictions or estates is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
