Personal Trainer

About the role

Everlast Gyms is seeking qualified Personal Trainers to join a fast‑paced, inspiring environment. You will work with an existing client base, using state‑of‑the‑art facilities to help members unlock their inner greatness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group training sessions tailored to individual fitness levels.
• Design personalised workout programmes and provide nutritional guidance.
• Conduct fitness assessments, track progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safe equipment use.
• Motivate clients, promote injury prevention and support recovery.
• Maintain a clean, safe workout environment and participate in gym promotions.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential) or CIMPSA Practitioner certification.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, fitness and continuous learning.
