Pet Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to lead our Killarney store team. You will be the face of Maxi Zoo, ensuring every pet owner leaves with a smile and their pet’s needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised advice to customers, maintaining a welcoming and tidy store environment.
• Manage merchandising and inventory to guarantee full product availability and minimise discrepancies.
• Support the Store Manager and act as a trusted keyholder, guiding the sales team with product knowledge.
• Drive sales targets while keeping the welfare of pets at the forefront of all decisions.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or keyholder in a retail setting.
• Genuine passion for animals and a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Team‑player who fosters an inclusive, supportive workplace.
